vNOTES is a way to perform laparoscopic surgery completely through the vagina. Multiple procedures can be done using this mode of access including hysterectomy with or without removal of the tubes and ovaries, removal of ovarian or pelvic masses or fibroids. There are no tummy incisions and post operative pain is often less as a result. You may be able to go home the same day as your surgery.
